The following is a list of terms and conditions for participation in Pragmatic Play’s ‘Drops & Wins’ Network Promotion (the “Network Promotion”) available on ArcticWin, whether offered directly or through a platform provider.

The Network Promotion will run from 4th June 2025 at 19:01 CEST to 19th November 2025 at 18:59 CEST (the “Network Promotion Term”) and is a global promotion for Pragmatic Play’s network on slot games.

By participating in this promotion, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions, which must be read in conjunction with ArcticWin’s General Terms and Conditions. Any capitalised terms not defined here shall have the same meaning commonly used in the iGaming industry.

General Terms and Conditions

This promotion is operated by Pragmatic Play and features an expected total prize pool of €11,760,000, shared across the network of participating brands.

Opt-in is required for both ArcticWin and players as follows:

• To participate, ArcticWin must opt in to the promotion during the Network Promotion Term.

• Players must open any participating game and opt in. Opt-in is required only once per week, and players will automatically participate in all available Daily Tournaments and Weekly Wheel Drops for that week.

DROPS & WINS MECHANICS

The Network Promotion comprises 168 Daily Tournaments and 24 Weekly Wheel Drops.
Each week runs from Wednesday at 19:01 CEST/CET to the following Wednesday at 18:59 CEST/CET.
During each week, seven (7) Daily Tournaments and one (1) Weekly Wheel Drop will run in parallel.

WEEKLY WHEEL DROPS

To participate, players must place a real money spin of any bet stake on participating games (“Qualifying Bet”).

• Wheel pieces are randomly triggered on any Qualifying Bet, with one (1) piece awarded at a time.

• After collecting three (3) pieces, players can spin a full-screen vertical wheel to receive a random prize.

• Prizes may include multipliers, Free Spins, and/or Instant Bonuses, as detailed in the Weekly Wheel Drop Prize Table.

Free Spins:
Awarded as 20 spins in the same game at the same bet amount used to win the prize. If the bet exceeds €1 (or the equivalent), the Free Spins will be awarded at €1 or the next available higher bet amount.
Free Spins must be claimed and used within 7 days.

Instant Bonus:
Awarded as direct entry into a bonus feature of a selected game at the same stake used to win the prize (up to €1 or currency equivalent). Must be claimed and used within 7 days.
Pragmatic Play may change the selected game every four weeks at its discretion.

Additional Details:

• Winnings are credited as cash without wagering requirements.

• Free Spins and Instant Bonuses are not eligible for win multipliers.

• Players can track their progress and prizes in real-time within the game.

• Each Weekly Wheel Drop ends either at 18:59 CEST/CET or when all prizes are claimed.

DAILY TOURNAMENTS

To join, players must place a real money spin of at least €0.15 (or equivalent) on any participating game.
Only the first 5,000 qualifying bets per day count toward leaderboard points.

Scoring:

• Players earn points for spins with a win multiplier greater than 1 (win divided by stake).

• Multipliers above 0.5 are rounded up; below 0.5 are rounded down to zero.

• The total score equals the sum of all win multipliers during the tournament period.

• Points reset to zero (0) at the start of each new Daily Tournament.

Additional Rules:

• Bonus Buy features or special bets (Super/Double/Triple Chance) count toward the score using the bet amount of that feature.

• Jackpots do not count toward leaderboard points.

• In case of a tie, the player who reached the score first ranks higher.

• The leaderboard updates in real time.
